  3. Filter Results: Use filters to refine your search based on your preferences (e.g., property type, price range, number of bedrooms).
  4. Identify Properties Using Ignite: Look for listings that indicate they use Ignite for applications. This is usually mentioned in the property details.

Step 2:
Create Renter Profile

  1. Access Renter Profile Section: On the realestate.com.au website, find the section to create a Renter Profile.
  2. Input Personal Information: Fill in your personal details like name, contact information, and identification.
  3. Add Rental History: Include details of your previous rentals, if applicable.
  4. Provide References: Add references, such as previous landlords or employers.
  5. Upload Necessary Documents: This may include proof of income, identification, and rental history.
  6. Save Your Profile: Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date, then save your profile.

Step 3:
Apply for a Property

  1. Return to Property Search: Go back to your property search results.
  2. Select a Property: Choose a property you are interested in from the list.
  3. Review Property Details: Read through the property description, check photos, and note any important details.
  4. Click on the Apply Button: On the property listing page, look for the “Apply” button.
  5. Fill Out the Application: The application form will open, typically pre-filled with details from your Renter Profile.
  6. Submit Application: Review your application for accuracy, then submit it.
