The Maintenance Process:

1. Submit a request and answer 10 questions. Please provide photos or videos.

2. Our maintenance team reviews the issue and finds a suitable handyman. This may take a few days, depending on the handyman’s availability.

3. The maintenance team/handyman will contact you to arrange a time for the repair.

To proceed with your maintenance request, please ensure all the questions below are answered. Providing as much detail as possible will help us find the most suitable professional to resolve the issue efficiently.

    Provide a specific date or timeframe.

    For example, moving furniture, using a lot of water, or operating appliances.

    If yes, please provide previous repair records or details.

    If so, what steps did you take?

    For instance, is it impacting water supply, electricity, or other essentials?

    Specify the exact location.

    For example, extreme weather or construction work by neighbors.

    Share your opinion.

    Provide a clear photo that accurately reflects the issue. If the issue involves an appliance or electrical unit, include photos of the factory plate and model number.
