If you’re applying to rent a property in Melbourne, you’ll need to provide ID documents that total at least 100 points. This guide shows you how.

100 Points ID Checklist

🧾 How It Works
- Choose documents from the list below
- You must include at least one primary ID
- Some documents must show your current residential address
- Total points from all documents must be 100 or more
📘 Primary Documents (70 points each — choose 1 max)

| Government Employee ID | 20 |
| Working with Children Check | 20 |
| Professional Association Card (CPA, AHPRA etc.) | 20 |
✅ Tips for Renters
- Scan all documents clearly, in colour if possible
- Double check expiry dates
- Include at least one document showing your current address
